During your first session you’ll have a treatment plan tailored to your needs, based on a confidential consultation. For the treatment itself, you simply need to take off your socks and shoes, lie back on a chair or couch and relax. Many people drift off to sleep. For most people, the sensation is soothing and enjoyable – even if you have ticklish feet – and the level of pressure is adapted to suit you. Each treatment ends with feedback on findings and advice regarding further treatment.

Treatments at home

Reflexology in the comfort of your own home is the ultimate treatment for many clients: no uncomfortable surroundings, no strange music and no having to traipse across town afterwards, when you least feel like it. All you need is some time and space so you can really relax.

Treatments at work

After many years of working in a corporate environment, I’m a huge advocate of promoting reflexology in the workplace. As well as helping to reduce stress, treatments can be incredibly powerful in enriching the health, well-being and morale of employees, with subsequent benefits to employers.

Indian Head Massage

I also offer Indian Head Massage, which is great for untangling those stubborn knots in the neck and shoulders, as well as helping to release tension and anxiety. It’s also good for promoting vitality, boosting concentration levels and reducing mental fatigue. Treatments are through clothing while you’re seated, making this ideal for the office environment.

How much are treatments?

Prices start from £65/hour, but depend on location as well as the type and duration of treatment, so please contact me to discuss. Although tailored to what you need, a typical treatment at home is an hour; shorter sessions of approximately 30 mins work well in the workplace. Special rates for courses booked in advance and gift vouchers are also available.
